Shipping Policy – Outfit Hunt

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• داخل شہر (Same City): 2–4 business days

• بین الاضلاعی (Nationwide): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Areas
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Outfit Hunt is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos), and we will assist you accordingly.
